We are seeking a motivated Junior Warranty Handler to join our team!
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring accurate administration within supplier claim systems. You will play a vital part in maximizing the recovery of customer warranty claims by submitting and resubmitting claims to suppliers as required, while ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up actions.

What are your key responsibilities:
Warranty Claim Processing & Administration: Process and manage warranty claims in C-Care for assigned countries of responsibility, ensuring accurate handling, documentation, and system updates.
Supplier Warranty Reclaim & Coordination: Reclaim warranty costs from suppliers, administer supplier claim systems, manage non-conforming component returns when required, and monitor all supplier inquiries and requests related to warranty matters.
Warranty Follow-Up & Data Management: Conduct regular warranty claim follow-ups, supervise warranty-related information, maintain updated databases, and prepare required documentation to ensure transparency and traceability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Improvement Input: Collaborate closely with Product Support to improve warranty claim handling processes and provide structured input to Product Lifetime Care (PLC) for continuous product improvement.

What you bring to the role:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in Warranty, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Quality, or related fields. Experience collaborating with suppliers, managing supply chain activities, and working within large global matrixed organizations. Proficient in data analysis using tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
Competencies: Strong knowledge of quality tools and systems, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams. Demonstrates a desire to develop professionally and continuously improve personal work and related processes. Highly accurate, analytical, and structured, with basic financial knowledge. Understanding of manufacturing processes for various types of parts is considered a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Fleet & Indirect Sourcing Specialist to oversee the management of company cars and service vans in Sweden while driving cost-effective, innovative solutions for indirect spending. This role sits at the crossroads of sourcing, supplier relations, and internal collaboration, offering a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the company's operations.
The role is based in Ljungby and Kista (Stockholm).


Main tasks and responsibilities
Lead and provide expert fleet management support to all company car users in Sweden, with a special focus on service vans
Drive sourcing activities related to indirect procurements for Sweden FLU, ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality solutions
Organize and negotiate leasing and rental agreements, optimizing terms and costs
Manage relationships with leasing companies, car dealers, manufacturers, and service providers to enhance fleet operations
Maintain and manage fleet data, including driver details, CO2 emissions, and other key metrics
Identify and implement process improvements and innovative automated solutions to enhance efficiency
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive the execution of initiatives to implement them
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to deliver top-tier fleet management support.



What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field with a focus on relevant topics (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement, or Fleet Management).

Experience:
Previous experience in fleet management, indirect procurement, or sourcing is a strong advantage.

The primary purpose of this role is to support and drive EV sales of counterbalanced equipment by providing tailored charging solutions that meet customer needs and market demands. Main tasks and responsibilities
Supporting OI of EV equipment by minimizing gaps in our ability to offer charging solutions to customers

Training of sales in Charging Solutions

Collect Feedback from the market & set up roadmap for future offering

In collaboration with sourcing and technology select the right partner
Set up agreement with partner to maximize business value and risk avoidance.


Ensure aftermarket support, setup and maintain process to:
Keep track on the installed base of charging solutions
Manage escalations and coordination from customers

What you’ll need to succeed
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a leading position in Sales, Product management or similar to develop an OEM business, with a commercial focus and emphasis on solutions and life-cycle management.

Education:

Good Technical understanding of heavy mobile equipment
Working with and supporting electrical driven equipment is an advantage
Counterbalance product knowledge is preferred
Automation experience is an advantage

We are looking for Global Technical Trainer, who will delivers training to Kalmar’s front line personnel, customers, dealers and to the company's own stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work as a part of the global team providing technical training for Kalmar solutions globally. In this specific role you will be focusing on training related to Kalmar mobile equipment.
Main tasks and responsibilities

What you’ll need to succeed
Education
Trainers/ consultant with preferably technical background

Experience
At least 5 years of relevant business / product and training experience
Technical product experience, knowledge from mobile equipment and Straddle and Shuttle Carriers

Competences
Excellent pedagogical, communication & presentation capabilities
Technical skills in mechanics and/or electrics
Understanding the technical solutions used in a product in horizontal transportation
