Are you ready to be the heartbeat of our Services Division? Kalmar is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resources Trainee to join us in Ljungby, Sweden, for a summer adventure in 2024!


Main tasks and responsibilities
In this position you will join the global human resources department and you can have a huge impact on the full Services division as our Service Technicians are our backbone. We intend to establish a best in class employee experience for them during their employee lifetime: every service technician should feel and be respected and proud to be a Kalmarian. We would like to provide a platform for the technicians as well as their managers to thrive and grow. And you can be the architect!


As our Employee Experience Enthusiast, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, orchestrating a seamless journey for every potential Kalmarian. From the moment where we get their attention and they express interest, you'll set the stage for a positive experience. Be the architect of their recruitment journey, ensuring it's swift, engaging and aligns with our commitment to speed.


The scope of this role is not limited to Sweden but we would like to create an impact in all European countries where Kalmar Services has a presence.
What you’ll need to succeed
Education
University degree in HR or similar degree and experience.

Your main responsibilities will be:
HR Administration & Coordination
Yearly wheel of HR – update and proactively schedule nextcoming tasks/eductaions
Drive and execute certain projects assigned by HRBP
Communication to stakeholders both in Swedish and English
75% will be dedicated to the Ljungby Plant
25% wil be dedicated to the Nordic and UK Commercial org. in both Laundry & Food

ABOUT YOUR TASKS
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will assist the department in implementing various HR programmes and procedures:
You will provide support to the HR Business Partner in daily operations
Assisting with reporting activity including conducting some HR related trainings and introductions.
Updating forms, policies, procedures and organisation chart.
Support the operational process for compensation and benefits.
Developing internal communication
Assisting in the preparation and implementation of annual and periodic activities and projects, including appraisal talks, employee engagement survey, programmes, salary review and business insights.
Administration of the service awards programme.
services, negotiation of discounts for employees.
Managing internships, collection and preparation of requested documents and data, welcoming new interns.

ABOUT YOU
University Degree in Human Science
Fluent in spoken and written English
2-3 years of relevant experience
Experience from working in an international environment
Excellent communication skills
Grounded and reliable
Experience from working in industrial area with both with BC and WC
Feel comfortable in educating employees in larger groups
Be able to handle and maintain big number of data/records in excel
