We're seeking an individual who embodies these qualities to partner with me in steering our startup, producing high-end balsamic vinegar that celebrates Sweden's bounty.

Our heart lies in capturing the essence of Sweden's fruits, berries, and all what the forest and the land can offer us, translating it into every drop of our liquid masterpieces. We hope to be pioneers, pushing the boundaries to introduce new Swedish products for the world stage, that should capture the very spirit of Sweden.
Responsibilities:
As my partner in this culinary adventure, you'll:
Be my right hand and learn to mirror all my daily tasks.
Immerse yourself in the art of production, from handpicking local fruits and berries to crafting the final product.
Run the company on a day-to-day basis, with a lot of flexibility.
Collaborate with local culinary experts to create Flavors profiles that resonate with the authentic essence of Sweden's terroir.
Lead by example, championing hard work and spreading positivity through every stage of our journey.
Develop unbreakable bonds with local delicacy shops, ensuring our product becomes a cherished gem in their offerings.
Help with all aspects of our startup's tasks, gracefully overseeing operations with innovation and dedication.
Embrace the tranquil countryside life and the joy of foraging, as you search for nature's treasures that define our flavours.
Your Education & Requirements for this position.
We require you to have a university degree in Business administration or similar.
Experience with/or capable of doing most of our bookkeeping and financial reports.
You must speak fluent English.
You must attend Swedish languish School here some hours a week if you don’t speak Swedish.
Driver’s licence is a must out here in the countryside.
