Welcome to Lagadalens Värdshus!
We are a family restaurant/hotel in a small community called Lagan in the south of Sweden. Bigger cities nearby is Ljungby, Växjö and Jönköping.
We want to give our guests the best food, whether it is a hearty dish of the day, evening pizza, Sunday dinner or a feast. We offer classic home cooking and an international kitchen in a pleasant environment. The majority of our costumers is regulars, therefore the quality must always be great and equal.
We are now looking for a chef who knows the art of cooking Italian, French and above all food from the Balkan and even á la carte. You have at least 3 years of experience as a chef. You are used to working at a high pace, you are good at taking initiative on your own and you love to cook and evolve trying new things and recipes!
You will work varying days, evenings and holidays, leading the kitchen to-gether with another chef.
Because we have a hotel we can offer you accommodation in the beginning until you are able to find a place of your own and we will of course help you to adapt in your new environment.
